The XTR500 Zone Dumper is a versatile and space efficient way to handle bins. The system can unstack, empty and restack bins up to 90 bins per hour. The XTR500 can submerge and empty bins in water or gently empty product in a dry-dumping application. A unique, pneumatically actuated bin door gently manages the rate of product discharge out of the bin. The system can also be designed to empty bins at multiple locations, allowing a single XTR500 Zone Dumper to bring product to multiple packaging lines.
